How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one working day, and usually the same day if you message before 3pm Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are picked up first thing Monday.
Can you tell me how much timber I need?
Yes — that's one of the most common things we're asked. Send us the length of the run, the height you want and a photo if you have one, and we'll come back with a full list of what to order.
Do you really price match?
We do. Send us a link to the same product cheaper elsewhere and we'll match it. It needs to be the same spec and treatment, in stock, and delivered to your area.
When will my delivery arrive?
We arrange your delivery day the same day you order wherever we can. You'll get a confirmation with your delivery window once it's booked in — if you need a specific day, tell us before you order and we'll check it's possible.
Something's arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Message us with your order number and a photo. We'd rather sort it than argue about it, so tell us as soon as you spot it and we'll get a replacement out.
Do you do trade or bulk pricing?
