We would rather match a price than lose an order over a few pounds — and we would rather tell you that up front than bury it three clicks deep.

Send us the link before you order. If it is genuinely the same product, we will match it and confirm in writing, usually the same working day.

What we will not do

We will not quietly drop the spec to hit a number. If the cheaper panel is thinner, untreated or a different grade, we will tell you what the difference is and let you decide.

And we will not make you claim it after the fact. Ask before you order and the price is simply the price.

How it works

Three steps, no forms

There is no claim process and no voucher to chase. It is a message and an answer.

Send us the link Email or message us the page you have found, with the product you want from us. A screenshot works if the price is behind a login.

We check it is like for like We look at the spec, the treatment, the dimensions and whether it is actually in stock and deliverable to you. This is usually a few minutes, not a few days.

We confirm the price in writing If it matches, we send you the adjusted price to order at. If it does not, we tell you exactly which part differs so you can judge it yourself.

The bits people usually want pinning down.

Do you really price match?

We do. Send us a link to the same product cheaper somewhere else and we'll match it. It needs to be genuinely like for like — same spec, same treatment, in stock, and delivered to your area.

Can I claim after I have ordered?

Ask us first. Once an order is placed and picked we cannot retrospectively reprice it, so send the link before you check out and there is nothing to claim.

Does it work with volume discounts?

Tell us the quantity when you send the link and we will price the whole order, so you are comparing the full job rather than a single unit.

What if the difference is only the delivery?

Then say so — we will look at the delivered total rather than the shelf price. A cheaper panel with a £90 delivery is not cheaper.
