Composite insulation board with foil facing on both sides, in six thicknesses from 25mm up to 150mm, sheet size 1.2m x 2.4m. Foil facing on both faces reflects radiant heat back into the space as well as reducing conducted heat loss through the board itself, which is what separates a foil-faced composite board from a plain foam sheet. Thickness is chosen for the U-value the job needs to hit — check current Building Regulations requirements for the application before ordering.
